The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow the business and help the
- company expand.
- Prospect potential individual brokers and proactively connect with them for
- service offerings
- Recruit and maintain strong relationships with IBs, institutional clients, and
- channel partners
- Organize and participate in events, webinars, and meetings to engage with business partners
- Achieve assigned sales quotas
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years experiences in the forex or financial trading industry. At least 3 years experiences in management position
- Sound experience in client-facing duties such as customer service or sales (business development/account management), preferably within the financial industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal oriented.
- Candidate who is able of written and spoken English is preferred
