Job Description:
- Identify new business opportunities, initiate business development activities, develop and manage key client relationships amongst others
- Manage and execute the business development strategy and implement tactical plans to help meet and exceed organizational expectations
- Maintain a strong development pipeline according to targets/strategy to be implemented
- Using existing relationships with clients to generate new business
- Keep up to date with the financial markets in a daily basis
- Follow internal regulations and procedures
- Complete required training and development objective within the assigned time frame
- Provide progress feedback to the management
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or a similar role in the FX industry
- A university degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration or related field would be considered an advantage
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals (own portfolio will be considered an advantage)
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis
- Solid experience with MT4/MT5 platform
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
- CySEC Advanced certification will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business
- Excellent use (oral and writing) of English and Bahasa Indonesia language
