- Position : Business Development Manager (BDM) - Cargo Forwading Company
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needsVisit customers independently to support their current business needs.
- Take the lead in discussions with client and AFF/OFF members with regards to service recovery, first level of escalations, etc.
- Perform other job duties as requested by the Immediate Superior
- Need to physically front clients and support existing key accounts on the maintenance and business development.
- Need to take the lead on the escalations and business implementations of the allocated existing clients and organize the needed meetings internally with corresponding business units.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelors (S1) degree
- Having 3 years experience of working in a forwarding industry as a salesperson
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, eager to learn new things
- Good at both spoken and written English
- IT savvy proficient in Microsoft Office
