Conduct market research to identify potential B2B partnership opportunities. Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Proactively reach out to potential partners through cold calling, emails, and networking events. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Lead and manage cross-functional projects to ensure the successful implementation of business development initiatives. Oversee timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals. Translate concepts into actionable strategies that align with partner and company objectives.
Negotiate contract terms with partners. Close deals by presenting value propositions that meet both partner and internal goals.
Coordinate with internal teams (partnership, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth project rollout and partnership success. Establish processes to track, measure, and analyze partnership and project outcomes.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business development, with demonstrated expertise in managing projects and B2B sales, CSR experience is a plus!
