Business Development Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sales opportunities within a defined Territory and Business Development for Food and Beverage Industrial Market. This position is a key sales development position focusing on Food & Beverage Industrial market from Processed Food, Beverages and Dairy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsibility of this position is to sell and develop markets in Food and Beverage industries mainly Global Strategic Accounts and Local Large accounts and provide profitable value for Diversey whilst ensuring strong Customer value and partnership.
This position must comfortably interface with high level key decision makers within the Customers Headquarters, as well as Customer Regional & Local Operational Management. The role also requires regular interfaces with Global & Regional Account Management within Diversey.
Position is accountable for developing Joint Business Planning within defined Customers and prospects, plans will provide strong added value to Customers and identify Sector innovation & Customer solution opportunities.
Responsible for successful implementation of accounts sold, including but not limited to, account set up, training, demand planning and Customer Relationship Management.
Position is responsible for managing an active Business Development Sales Funnel and service reports via Salesforce.com CRM system.
