Your role:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to meet company objectives.
- Analyze marketing trends and competitor activities to refine operational and marketing strategies.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of strategies, gathering local market insights to stay competitive.
- Handle administrative and developmental tasks to initiate and manage business operations.
- Represent the company in local industry forums, and organize training sessions, seminars, and webinars.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities with clients to drive conversions.
- Prepare and present business performance and other relevant reports to management.
Your Profile:
- Established network within the Forex industry.
- Proven experience in a similar role in the Forex sector.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; strong computer skills are essential.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to generate and expand business.
- Goal-oriented with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
