Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Industrial Gases) to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a full-time role with on-site responsibilities. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the industrial gas sector. You will build and maintain relationships with key clients, develop sales strategies, and negotiate contracts. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will analyze market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and develop customized solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a business development or sales role in the industrial gas industry
• Strong understanding of the industrial gas supply chain and market dynamics
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
• Degree in business, engineering, science or a related field would be a plus
