They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sustainable growth in our B2B channel, specifically focusing on their Home Living Product category. Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate sales strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Set ambitious sales targets, monitor progress regularly, and make necessary adjustments.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts, overseeing account management activities.
Streamline and improve the sales process from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, product demonstrations, and sales presentations to corporate clients.
Collect and analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Identify and pursue new corporate clients and market opportunities for potential growth.
Manage the budget for the corporate sales department, allocating resources efficiently to meet sales objectives.Key Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in corporate sales or B2B sales, exceeding targets, preferably in the Home-Living industries.
Strong network and connections to corporate clients procurement departments and/or related stakeholders.
Knowledge of home-living products, services, and market trends.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
Strong spoken and written fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to be based in Jakarta and travel (30-50%) to key customers across Indonesia.
