Business Development Manager

PT. Maha Kreasi Indonesia is a leading corporate event organizer and creative agency based in Bandung and Jakarta. Established in August 2004, our services include creative concepting and ideation, graphic design, set and stage production, TV commercials, and music compositing. This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at PT. Maha Kreasi Indonesia in Bandung. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing business strategies, and collaborating with the creative team to deliver unique concepts for clients.

• Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in the event management or creative agency industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
