Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Business Development professional. As a Business Development professional, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and building long-term relationships. You will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product to devise and implement strategies for business growth. This is a full-time role located in Bandung, with flexibility for remote work.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and discover potential sales leads.
- Articulate and showcase our offerings effectively.
- Utilize online platforms, particularly social media, to spot potential clients and emerging markets.
- Conduct thorough research on competitors.
- Connect with prospective clients through email or phone to establish relationships and schedule meetings.
- Strategize and supervise new marketing initiatives.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and relevant industry gatherings.
Job Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or possess equivalent professional experience.
- Preferably possess prior B2B sales experience, with a background in SaaS. Experience in handling major accounts or merchants is a valuable asset.
- Demonstrate familiarity with various sales tactics, including cold calling.
- Showcase a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Be adept at using CRM software, such as HubSpot.
- Possess the ability to analyze spreadsheets and charts using MS Excel.
- Understand and interpret sales performance metrics.
- Display strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Be capable of delivering captivating presentations to Enterprise Accounts.
