Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Partnership, you will be responsible for generating new partners and clients, building and maintaining relationships, and driving company growth through B2B partnerships. Specifically, you will:

• Develop go-to-market partnership strategies and plans to enhance Bitlabs Academy's product positioning in the B2B sector through market research, business analysis, and forecasting.
• Source, acquire, and pitch to potential hiring partners.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners through regular communication, meetings, and collaboration.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate partnership updates and performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Business Development or Partnership roles in Education, Training, Headhunting, or Technology Solutions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Results-driven with strategic thinking and a proven ability to solve complex problems and creatively propose solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa.
• Highly motivated and committed to high performance and continuous improvement.
• Customer-centric attitude with a curiosity to ask questions from a customer's perspective to serve them better.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setting in the BSD, Tangerang area.
