Responsible and reporting to the Head of Lending Business Department for the management of the business and projects handled;
Conducting analysis of specific needs and business of Partners and/or Debtors for the provision of solutions from the Bank;
Developing business concepts and cooperation programs with business partners both regularly/seasonally and developing good relationships with business partners and/or Debitors;
Identifying, building, developing, and managing cooperation with existing and potential business partners and/or Debtors that can support the development of the Bank's business;
Increasing the growth of transaction volume and profitability of each product, service, banking solution;
Managing the portfolio of existing partners and/or Debtors to support the achievement of the Bank's targets;
Providing reports on the development of the Bank's business;
Conducting evaluations and reporting on the implementation of acquisition programs and business development and carrying out follow-ups;
Cooperating with related Work Units (including: Legal Division, Risk Management Work Unit, and Compliance Work Unit) in making cooperation agreements with business partners, along with the studies needed; Coordinating with the Product Manager and Marketing Communication Division in making product souvenirs for Partners and/or Debitors
Requirements
Minimum 6-7th semester (Undergraduate in any related majors);
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and process mapping;
Knowledge of banking regulations and legal, risk and compliance requirements;
Have the ability to communicate and collaborate;
Have an understanding of business management & strategy;
Able to prioritize appropriately and adapt quickly;
Update on economic and technological developments;
Preference will be given to those with experience in the banking industry.
