Our valued client in e-sport and talent agency industry is looking for a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to generate new leads and close deals. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
Sponsorship Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential sponsors and partners within the esports industry and related sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential sponsors.
- Develop customized sponsorship proposals and presentations that showcase the value of partnering with our clients.
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements and close deals to meet revenue targets.
Lead Generation:
- Proactively identify leads for our agency through various channels such as endorsements, events, and networking opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
Client Collaboration:
- Work closely with potential clients to understand their needs and goals.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on sponsorship opportunities and lead generation strategies.
- Act as a liaison between clients and potential sponsors, ensuring a seamless partnership process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in agency or media industry.
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies for agency clients.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners in order to close deals.
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies for agency clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of the esports industry trends and key players is a plus.
- Willing to travel as needed.
