Job Description:

  1. Perform the entire cycle of a business development process from leads generation, pitching, business proposal drafting, contract signing and customer relationship maintenance
  2. Target-oriented, responsible for personal and team target
  3. Fully understand and familiar with Company's full scope of services and businesses, strategize and customize servicesolutions offering to clients based on client needs and market insights
  4. Keep industryand market insightsupdated, work closelywith related departments to come out brand/business development strategy for clients
  5. Problem solver,cooperate with internaldepartments and externalparty to fulfilclients requirements
  6. Work closely with internal functions to make sure the directions are aligned with capabilities and follow up with other internal teamssuch as operations, finance, sales, and tech to ensureclient expectations can be met
  7. Manage relationship with existing clients, maintain the close partnership and strive for new business opportunities
  8. Manage relationship with e-commerce partners to explore potential business opportunities and strategic collaboration
  9. Keep perspective client database updated, may include cold calls for new businessleads
  10. Acquire market intelligence and critical commercial knowledge on e-commerce to assist salesteam and commercial partners to achieve businessobjectives
  11. Any other ad-hoc dutiesas assigned by superior

Requirements:

  1. Coming from LocalTop University or QS200 University
  2. Experienced minimum1 years of Sales / Business Development with maximum 3 years experiences,
  3. Have cross border background and familiar with E-commerce platforms (e.g. Tokopedia, Lazada, Shopee, Bukalapak), and e-commerce industry in general will be preferable,
  4. Passionate in e-commerce, having experience in enabler or relevant experience
  5. Strong written and oral communications skills
  6. Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
  7. In-depth understanding of the e-commerce industry
  8. Ability to innovate, develop new strategies, and drive creativity and innovation
  9. Ability to adapt and possessexcellent relationship buildingskills
  10. Excellent ability to prioritize and communicate in a fast-paced environment
  11. Strong abilityto deliver exceptional results while workingon several projectsat the same time
  12. Excellent communicator and negotiator who is able to lead and influence others
