To lead the development of new line product in productive loan (Invoice Financing, Payroll Financing).
To generate/bring leads of new customer segmentation volume.
To open doors of cooperation and lead marketing activities to B2B Customers.
To eventually lead the team of sales to create new traction from the market.
To analyze new potential productive loan product.
To continuously cooperate with HO, to improve loan credit analysis system.
Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Business Studies / Management, Economics, Marketing or Equivalent
Must be Fluent in Mandarin & English ability (interview will be conducted in Mandarin & English Speaking)
Min. 3 years experience in Business Development
Prior working experience in Banking Industry as a Account Officer/ Relationship Officer/ Relationship Manager or Banking & Credit Analysis for min. 3 years is a pus.
Have an experience in productive loan company would be a plus point also.
Ability to build relationship with all types of people
Good negotiation skill, presentation skill, logical thinking, high initiative, and a determined person.
Good understanding of marketing practice, trends, and demands, in productive loan products.
Willing to work in BSD area, Tangerang
