We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market reach through strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop market strategies by conducting thorough research on high-potential prospects.
- Identify and explore new sales opportunities and channels to attract and onboard new clients.
- Generate leads and cultivate relationships with prospective clients and relevant third parties.
- Build and maintain trustful relationships with the target audience, ensuring continuous communication and follow-up.
- Drive demand generation efforts leveraging social networks and proactive outreach to potential customers.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Lead the negotiation process, present proposals, and successfully close deals with potential and existing clients.
- Ensure a seamless transition to the Customer Success Manager (CSM) post-deal closure.
- Provide support to the CSM during the onboarding phase to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist the managing director in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the company's expansion plan.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
