Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development professional at Togean Naturale located in Wasai, Raja Ampat, Indonesia. The role involves tasks such as lead generation, market research, customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth and partnerships.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is essential in driving our growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and expand our client base.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to foster long-term collaborations.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute effective sales strategies and proposals.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and identify potential clients.

Qualifications:
