Job Requirement
Leadership: Able to manage one or many teams across multiple clients and accounts, drive and facilitate program or strategic level decisions for accounts and practice.
Analytic Skills: Develops new analytic / technical approaches and solutions. Remain current and proficient in relevant approaches and solutions.
Communication: Skilled at executive level communications that address strategic and operational concerns. Skilled public speaker and presenter. Able to address audiences at any level. Influential and inspirational communicator. Able to influence and inspire action.
Highly effective and impactful written communication skills to address the most complex political environments and situations.
Deliverables: Defines engagement deliverables and participates in the review to ensure quality and consistency across Ogilvy One engagements.
Task Estimation: Validates the accurate estimation of work effort of all resources on an engagement. Accurately assesses impact to downstream activities for all disciplines on an engagement.
Client Interactions / Relationship Management: Manages overall client expectations as part of a long term strategic relationship. Primary interface for the engagement at the executive management level Significant contact with executive levels at client(s). Proactively maintains regular contact with current and past client decision makers. Develops and maintains significant alliance partner relationships for business development and project delivery. Viewed as a trusted advisor.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Manages and contributes to multiple projects, and is attentive to opportunities for staff development. Sets teamwork example for junior staff and helps build morale through collaboration across the organization.
Ogilvy One Offering & Methodology: Identifies opportunities for methodology development and provides input to delivery teams for better application of methodology(ies). Able to lead engagements across all service lines with deep expertise in one or more areas. Able to identify industry trends and strategic opportunities to keep Ogilvy One poised as an industry leader. Able to foster relationships to help enhance service offerings. Provides leadership to a significant portion of the Ogilvy One business across disparate technologies, systems, and environments. Establishes best practices and provides strategic leadership within a discipline.
