Summary
As an integrated vegetable seed company, PT East West Seed Indonesia (EWINDO) needs its agile team to focus on providing reliable products for the customers, engaging with end-consumers and catching up with digitalization. The Organization Excellence Manager is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas of improvement, and providing valuable insights to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the scope of the multi or cross-department team of organization.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to gather requirements, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions that drive organizational capability. The Organization Excellence Manager plays a role in aligning the organization's strategic objectives and the initiatives undertaken to drive organizational excellence, improve decision-making processes, and optimize overall business performance.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Strategy Alignment: Focuses on ensuring alignment between the organization's strategic objectives and the initiatives undertaken to drive organizational excellence. It involves translating strategic goals into actionable plans, setting performance targets, and monitoring progress towards strategic objectives.
- Business Process Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements, processes, and data to identify areas of improvement. Conduct in-depth analysis using various techniques to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement streamlined processes, automation solutions, and workflow improvements that drive efficiency and optimization.
- Data Analysis: Collect, validate, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and indicators to provide accurate and actionable information to stakeholders and management.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop performance metrics and monitoring systems to track and measure operational performance. Analyze performance data and provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting areas of improvement and progress towards goals.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to business process improvement and excellence initiatives. Develop project plans, define deliverables, coordinate resources, and ensure timely project execution and completion.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, including senior management, department heads, and operational teams. Understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
- Change Management: Drive organizational change by effectively communicating and facilitating the implementation of new processes, systems, and strategies. Provide guidance and support to ensure smooth transitions and minimize resistance.
- Training and Development: Collaborate with L&D to identify training needs and develop training materials to enhance the capabilities of teams and individuals within the organization.
- Implement and foster planning activity, excellent execution, monitor and control, facilitate feedback, and next action plan.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field with proven experience as a business analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in a business operations or process improvement context.
- At least minimum 10 years of total working experiences in similar Role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and identify meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools and other data visualization platforms, familiarity with business intelligence tools and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience in business process mapping and workflow optimization.
- Project management skills with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across different teams and departments.
- Knowledge of change management principles and techniques to drive successful adoption of process improvements.
- Understanding of operational metrics and performance measurement frameworks.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good proficiency in both written and verbal English
- Willing to travel.
- Willing to work at our Head Office in Purwakarta, West Java
