Job Description

Position Overview:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the Joint Operation business. This includes preparing and analyzing financial reports, overseeing financial transactions, managing budgets, handling expenses, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations if applicable. The role requires close collaboration with other departments/partners to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Ensure all financial practices; Accounting and Taxation Services for Joint Operations, comply with relevant regulations and agreements.
Manage the disbursement of working capital according to the agreed ratio and oversee credit limits.
Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial planning.
Oversee and process payments for joint operation expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
Monitor and report on the financial performance of the Joint Operation, including profit-sharing calculations.
Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports related to the Joint Operation business
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support decision-making.
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures specific to the Joint Operation.
Conduct financial audits and provide recommendations for financial improvements.
Provide financial insights and support for strategic planning and operational decisions.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably with experience in joint operations or similar business structures.
Understanding & Familiarity with Accounting and Taxation Services specific to Joint Operations.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Experience managing profit-sharing agreements, working capital distribution, and joint operation expenses.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
