Our client one of the leading Pharmacy & Consumer Goods distribution company in Indonesia. Currently have 31 branch across Indonesia and Head Office in Jakarta

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Process Improvement & Compliance Manager. The Business Improvement & Compliance Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective business improvement and compliance processes. They will analyze business operations, identify areas for process improvement, develop strategies, and implement changes to optimize performance. The role also involves conducting compliance (CDOB & CDAKB) assessments, monitoring regulatory requirements, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
