Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons in Business Management and Finance aligned with [Curriculum Name, e.g., Western Australian, IB, or Cambridge].
- Teach students how to analyze case studies and apply theories and concepts to solve real-world business challenges.
- Incorporate financial literacy and business planning into lessons to prepare students for future studies or careers.
- Foster a dynamic and interactive learning environment that encourages active participation and independent thinking.
- Evaluate student performance through formative and summative assessments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure cross-curricular integration and adherence to academic standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience teaching senior secondary students in Business Management or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of business theories, financial management, and case study analysis.
- Proven ability to teach in English with clarity and depth.
- Experience in managing a business or enterprise is a plus.
