Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities and develop sales strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong client connections.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
• Monitor and report on sales activities.
• Follow industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field
• Minimum of 10 years of insurance sales experience
• Strong people managerial skills
• Solid track record of over-achieving sales targets
• Strong communication skills and target-oriented
• Preferably from an insurance company
