Business Manager - Mandarin Speaker

Job Description :

• Design business strategies & managing all day to day operations
• Lead, manage and develop overall performance of the brand and future product portfolio and deliver sales and profits within agreed budgets
• Define, develop and implement short and long-term strategic marketing and sales plans in line with regional and global marketing strategy
• Oversee the launch planning and execution of upcoming key product launch and ensure product can be delivered and communicated to target market
• Establish cost parameters & manage the overall P&L of the company, maintain a forcast & targeting sales attainment plan
• Monitor overall stock health KPIs like stock cover, range availability, dead stock at SKU level and create alert mechanisms
• Liaise with the brand principal to share routine reports on business performance

Requirements :

• Min Bachelor of degree from any major
• Have 5-10 years experiences in General Management including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Project Management and Merchandising or Category
• Passionate in Technology
• Have good communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Have good strategic thinking, data analysis & reporting, market reseacrh, and project management
