Luxehouze is Asia's leading online marketplace platform to buy and sell authentic luxury watches and bag from the likes of Richard Mille, Patek Philippe, Hermes and many more. Established in 2021, Luxehouze was created as a safe marketplace platform with two end customers in mind: both buyers and sellers. We ensure that all luxury goods being sold through our platform are 100% authentic and that our sellers are both credible and trustworthy through our rigorous verification and authentication processes that we have in place.
Responsibilities:
- Identify operational bottlenecks that impact customer services, profitability, and business growth.
- Map existing processes using detailed flowcharts and assess the effectiveness of existing systems and propose improvements.
- Design and implement solutions to optimize process (e.g., remove redundant steps or streamline workflows)
- Develop and recommend a sequence for automation and suggest software tools to enhance operations.
- Improve data collection processes to ensure wider, faster, and more accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes smoothly.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technology start-up, retail or FMCG operations.
- Must-have: operations project management experience with high transaction volume. Plus points: experienced owning transaction processes with complex nature and physical inventories.
- Strong compliance focus and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a structured approach.
- Self-motivated, independent, and proactive problem-solver.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and systems evaluation
