Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Management/Business/Operations or any other relevant major
- Minimum 2 years experience in handling business operations, a well-experienced manager in the beauty industry will be a big plus
- Highly analytical, critical thinker, and able to solve problems in a limited time
- Understands and able to perform Microsoft Office programs especially Ms. Excel with mathematical formula
- Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
- Understands the nature of business in the beauty industry
- Data-driven, passionate about problem-solving, and creative.
- Able to work under pressure, especially in the environment of a start-up
Job Descriptions:
- Work with cross divisions to make sure the executions of projects will meet an excellent result
- Track, monitor, and supervise projects to the BoD from another division
- Analyze and identify the company's performance monthly, quarterly, and yearly based on data.
- Report to the BoD of industry's analysis and actions that will be taken for the company.
- Advise BoD for critical decision-making and strategize to achieve targets
- Manage stakeholders, analyze its performance and decide on further actions that benefit the company
- Develop strategic plans with BoD for its alignment and execution.
8.Monitor and analyze the KPIs for teams and advise BoD to take several actions for a better progress
