Job Description

Experience: At least 5 years proven experience in sales, training, customer service, operations (preferably both B2B & B2C in education/service industries)

Future Ready Academy is a leading Singapore headquartered training institution dedicated to preparing the future-ready generation in the increasingly digital world of AI, robotics and coding across Southeast Asia.

We are the education partner of Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy (CMRA) in Southeast Asia to deliver their curriculum and certification for both K-12 STEM education and Technical & Vocational Education Training (TVET). Through our training and certification, high school students enhance their chances of entering the best universities worldwide and university and college graduates get access to internship opportunities and jobs of the future.

Future Ready Academy is recruiting an operations manager to support our day-to-day operations in Indonesia.
  • Responsibilities
:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling of educators, and managing logistics and lesson materials.
Serve as point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage customer relations, resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.
:
  • Conduct and deliver training as required for various Future Ready Academy programs.
Supervise and mentor educators, delegating tasks and responsibilities effectively.
  • Implement quality control processes to ensure operational excellence.
Lead training initiatives, including preparation of lesson materials and logistics in advance before the lesson starts.
  • Evaluate, assess, and document on students progress on a timely basis.
Monitor inventory, supplies and equipment to support activities and programs.
  • Support administrative, marketing activities and event-related duties as required.
  • Requirements and Skills
Have 5+ years of experience in sales, training, customer service, operations, ideally in Education related field,
  • Is relationship-driven with ease in building strong customer connections,
Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia,
  • Are a great deal negotiator with significant successes under your belt,
Have a high level of perseverance, always learning and adapting,
  • Have a Can-do attitude and committed to making things happen,
Is a critical thinker and problem-solver.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rp6,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
