Summary of the Job :
The Business Support Associate plays a key role in supporting the company's renewal business and data entry functions, ensuring efficient processes and smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners. This position is responsible for managing policy renewals, data validation, and reporting tasks critical to supporting the company's sales and operational goals.
Job Responsibilities :
- Renewal Business
- Create and distribute renewal notice & renewal list to Business Manager
- Follow up renewal notice progress (with BM, VBA & Insurance Partner in first phase)
- Renewal report progress (with VBA, Sales team, Growth team (manual & based on Holistic))
- To be point contact from Insurance & Business Manager related with renewal list
- Ensuring the smooth functioning of daily business operations through data renewal policy matters for Agent and Business Manager (Excel & Spreadsheet).
- Assisting data management, weekly report, and analyzing renewal data for end-of-month sales report for Vice President per Region.
- Enabling efficient reports through Spreadsheet dashboards for effective cross-division workflow for renewal and data sales initiatives
- Data Entry
- Validate new agent from Sales Dealer category
- Update registration new Mitra from Sales Dealer (related with coupon program)
- Update workshop list for Sales Dealer category with Claim team & Data team (Quarterly)
- Ensuring the smooth data for maintenance report from spreadsheet (with Internal & External team)
Requirements :
- At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
- Female candidates preferred
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data entry, analysis and reporting
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
