Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional, personalized service throughout guests stays, anticipating needs and building strong relationships to ensure complete satisfaction.
Collaborate with Housekeeping and Engineering to maintain impeccable villa condition, especially for guest arrivals.- Communicate daily with the team regarding current and incoming guest needs.
Oversee villa cleaning and maintenance to minimize guest disturbances.
- Promote in-house facilities to guests before recommending external options.
Assist other departments with guest-related matters to ensure timely and professional service.- Perform other duties as assigned.
Proven experience as a Butler in a luxury hospitality environment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible and adaptable to changing guest needs.- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish) are advantageous.
