- Job Summary: The Buyer Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential buyers in the US, UAE, Africa, Europe, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bangladesh who are interested in importing Indian products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in these regions, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of international trade and market trends.
Market Research & Analysis:- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential buyers in the assigned regions.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform sourcing strategies.
- Buyer Engagement & Relationship Management:
Reach out to potential buyers through various channels (e.g., email, phone, social media, trade shows).- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Provide buyers with detailed product information, including specifications, pricing, and benefits.
Collaborate with Indian manufacturers to source products that meet buyer requirements.- Negotiate terms of trade, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
- Sales Support & Coordination:
Work closely with the sales team to support the sales process, from lead generation to order fulfillment.- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of buyer interactions, negotiations, and sales activities.- Prepare regular reports on market insights, buyer feedback, and sourcing progress.
Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including contracts, invoices, and shipping documents.
Bachelors degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international trade, buyer sourcing, or a similar role.
Strong network and relationships with buyers in the US, UAE, Africa, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bangladesh.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of Indian products and brands is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Willingness to travel as needed.
