- Answer and resolve customer inquiries via telephone, providing information about the companys products or services, and documenting call details in the system.
- Receive and follow up on customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research each problem and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in all major (fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Must be fluent communicate in English.
- Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
- Able to work under pressure and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Position will be based in Yogyakarta.
