Maintain the highest accuracy and standards around campaign setup, reporting and customer service.
Traffic campaigns and ads in proprietary systems.
Complete campaign audits using checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness of campaign.
Provide campaign screenshots.
Generate Weekly and End of Campaign reports.
Respond to daily tickets and tasks in an efficient, effective and timely manner.
Proactive in learning and developing oneself in order to be up to date with new information, all aspects of daily operations.
Proactively suggest and drive enhancements to ticketing workflows.
Participates in projects to improve processes and product capabilities, and that contributes to the team's goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Flexible to work in different Southeast Asian time zones.
Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
Creative and analytical problem solver.
Excellent problem solver.
Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decisions.
Collaborative team player. -
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides.
Experience using Ad Serving/Publisher/Campaign Monitoring platforms PowerBI, Tableau, Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk or other ticketing system experience.
