- Bachelors degree or with equivalent work experience;
Data Entry and/or QA experience in a BPO environment
-Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Outstanding attention to details, organizational and prioritization skills.
- Flexible to work in different Southeast Asian time zones.
- Able to work productively and efficiently in an independent setting.
- Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion to provide exceptional customer service.
- Passionate about operational excellence, solving problems, process automation, optimizing workflows
.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides.
- (Plus) PowerBI, Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk or other ticketing system experience.
