Carbon Development Manager

PT. Borneo Subur Agro is a forestry company based in Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan, Indonesia, with Forestry Multi Business licenses. The company is currently developing a Restoration and Conservation Project to obtain carbon credits certification. The project area covers approximately 22,000 Ha across 2 Districts and 6 sub-districts, with plans for further expansion of the organization structure to engage with the local community.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Carbon Development Manager at PT. Borneo Subur Agro in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. The Carbon Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Restoration and Conservation Project, working on-site to ensure the project's success and impact. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, conducting field assessments, developing carbon credit strategies, and implementing sustainable practices.

• Experience in forestry management, carbon credit projects, and conservation practices
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability standards
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent data analysis and reporting abilities
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, or related field
