Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Max 30 Years old.
- Have Basic Cargo & DG license will be advantage
- Previous experience in import/export operations or freight forwarding is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and experience with logistics software is a plus.
- Able to work as team, agree to work shift hour.
- Willing to work in Soekarno-
Hatta International Airport.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to coordinate shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and customs documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel for the receipt and release of cargo.
- Ensure that all cargo is properly labeled, packaged, and compliant with transportation regulations
