About the Role
As the Category Owner or Vertical Owner of the on-demand Massage Home Service, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service operations and owning P&L of the business category building the largest on demand wellness product in the country. This includes building the business from inception to execution, ensuring service quality, and driving business expansion.
What You Will Do
Build and Launch: Take ownership of the end-to-end process of expanding, launching new services, and initiatives within the on-demand massage home service business, from conceptualization to implementation.
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the service ensuring all processes work well and maintain high standards of service quality by implementing best practices, conducting regular inspections, and addressing customer feedback.
Business Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand the business, including identifying new markets, partnerships, and service offerings.
Technology Integration and Improvement: Collaborate with tech teams to develop and optimize the service app, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
