Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned project management professional to join our growing CDP Practice team in the CDP Consultant Role. In their role, the CDP Consultant orchestrates CDP implementation project from start to completion, managing technical and functional resources, working with cross-functional client stakeholders and senior leadership. The engagement management team advises our clients on strategies and best practices around customer data and Martech that are aimed at enabling use cases in marketing, sales and customer service, while ensuring regulatory compliance and scalability.
The CDP Consultant guides and guards the project governance, its scope, timelines, communication and day-to-day management along with the client. The CDP Consultant manages the full lifecycle of the implementation, from discovery to launch, serving as the engagement owner, and point of contact for the client. In their role, the CDP Consultant often also acts as the SME advisor and advocate of CDP, helping drive product adoption.
As a CDP Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in data, marketing, and AI to guide enterprise clients in maximizing the value of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs). You will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven business transformations by providing strategic advice, overseeing implementation, and delivering actionable insights that lead to measurable business outcomes with the objective to maximise ROI.
What will you do
- Deliver end-to-end consulting services, from strategy development to the implementation and optimization of CDPs, enabling clients to enhance customer acquisition, engagement and retention to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into tailored CDP strategies that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing CDP solutions, ensuring effective data integration and alignment with client's business goals.
- Leverage CDP capabilities to analyse customer data, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights that drive growth and operational efficiency.
- Develop and present insightful business cases and presentations that clearly articulate the value of CDP initiatives to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure the long-term success and optimization of CDP, addressing evolving business needs and technological advancements.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell/up-sell existing clients for the agency.
What skills & experience will you need
- Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise-level marketing/data projects, particularly in the design and deployment of customer data solutions.
- Strong expertise in CRM systems, data warehousing, and marketing automation tools, with a solid understanding of AI and machine learning applications in business & marketing.
- Proficiency in data analysis, modelling, and governance, with the ability to distil complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Experience in deriving insights with developing actionable marketing strategies based on customer data
- Proven ability to work independently and in collaborative environments, partnering effectively with cross-functional teams across data engineering, marketing, and creative disciplines.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at presenting complex technical concepts to business leaders and translating business requirements to technical teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and maintaining trusted client relationships.
- Experience in developing and delivering high-impact business presentations to C-suite executives and decision-makers.
- Experience with leading CDPs such as Treasure Data, Adobe, Segment, Tealium, and Salesforce.
- Experience with CRM/Marketing automation platforms like Brevo, HubSpot, Clevertap, Insider, and Braze.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Amplitude, and Mixpanel.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience with SEM, SEO, and Social Media Marketing
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL, and other relevant programming languages.
