You will plan the distribution requirement, cost optimalization for stock transfer, import planner, and gate keeper import and export process. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production and distribution planning to ensure all process are aligned with organizational objectives and demand satisfactions.
- Gather and consolidate data of production and operational data to ensure accurate forecast and report.
- Develop, monitor, and adjust production plan based on demand and resource availability from countable data using tools and software SAP, FuturMaster, BCM, etc.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to validate data accuracy, improve supplier performance, and align production plan to deliver cost saving to the business.
- Supporting TPM (Total Productive Management) activities in the plan pillar and actively contribute to decrease waste and achieve zero loss.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supply chain role within the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in SAP, FuturMaster, BCM or a similar ERP system, and advanced Excel skill
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high agility.
- Experience in managing TPM activities, with knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Fluent in English in oral and written, full professional proficiency in communicating & presenting.
