Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD
Perform detailed analysis of complex business processrequirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
Design, customize, configure and testing of SD
Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
Document functional designs, test cases and results.
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
Ability to design and solve for user issues
Ability to manage multiple threads with different Users
Experience with FMCGs is an added advantage
Key Skills
Fluency in English & Bahasa Indonesia
Hands on experience on SD-LE business process configurations.
Must have exposure in different sales process of entire OTC cycle like Credit/Debit Memo Processing, Consignment Sales, Return Sales, 3rd party sales, Intercompany sales, Stock Transfer Orders Indonesia Taxation process including Faktur Pajak generation.
Should have worked with Indonesian/International clients.
Requires the candidate to work as per Indonesians work timings (shifts)
Experience in Integration with MM, PP, FICO modules, interfaces with legacy systems and ALE/IDOC.
Should be having technical awareness about the Development activity i.e. FS preparation, debugging knowledge, User Exits,
