Job Descriptions
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the center, including ensuring the safety of students, maintaining the cleanliness of the center, and managing learning timetables.
- Manage and improve the quality of the center's staff and teachers.
- Perform important administrative tasks for the center.
- Ensure that the branch achieves its OKR targets (Revenue, profitability, number of students, student satisfaction, and retention) in accordance with the annual budget.
- Prepare an annual business plan and monthly reports for management.
- Create consistent marketing activities and utilize the area's business potential.
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, both in English and Bahasa.
- Excellent computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
- Strong managerial skills and good business acumen.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree and at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience as a Branch Manager, Customer Service, and Salesperson.
- Willing to work at Lebak Bulus.
