The Channel Partner Manager cultivates and strengthens strategic relationships with key channel partners, assigned based on geography, market segment, or channel type. This dynamic role focuses on driving sales growth, maximizing profitability, and expanding the partner network to achieve ambitious recruitment objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborative Coordination: Orchestrate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and exceed partners expectations.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned dealer accounts.
- Sales and Strategy Achievement: Meet and surpass assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within assigned dealer accounts.
- Joint Planning Leadership: Lead collaborative dealer planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a successful dealer relationship.
- Continuous Needs Assessment: Proactively assess, clarify, and validate dealer needs on an ongoing basis to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Dealer-End User Sales Coordination: Facilitate sales through dealer organizations to end users, coordinating closely with dealer sales resources.
- Solution Development Leadership: Lead the development of solutions that best address end user needs, coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
- Contract Compliance: Ensure dealer compliance with contract agreements and drive the adoption of company policies and strategies within dealer organizations.
- Key Account Management: Own and manage key account relationships with dealers, including customer visits.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct monthly formal review meetings with dealers, covering performance review, actual sales, forecasted sales, sales targets, lead management, and issue management.
- Marketing Support: Assist in marketing initiatives as required, contributing to the overall growth and success of the dealer network.

Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years experience in a distributors management role within a multinational lifesciences instruments and equipments corporation.
Expertise: Strong knowledge in distributors development and performance management.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication abilities, along with outstanding negotiation skills.
Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented, with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Indonesian lab equipment market and distributor network.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel frequently.
