Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie at The HARVEST in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Collaborating with the culinary team and maintaining a clean and organized workspace will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and a passion for culinary arts
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Culinary degree or certification is beneficial
