Chief Accountant / Senior Accountant

- Assist to manage the team member in order to prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor budget variances and provide insights to management on financial performance.

- Oversee revenue recognition processes, particularly in areas such as admission ticket, food and beverage sales, and other revenue item. Implement controls to minimize revenue leakage and ensure accuracy in revenue reporting.

- Prepare an analyze costs and expenses to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Implement cost control measures and monitor their effectiveness over time.

- Assist in preparing data for financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, such as pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and business expansion plans. Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

- Assist in establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial transactions. Conduct periodic internal audits to identify weaknesses and implement corrective actions.

- Responsible for leading a team of accounting and finance sections. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to sub-ordinate (staff members).

- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements. Address any audit findings and implement corrective actions as needed to the Head of Finance & Accounting.

Requirement :

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

- 3 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the hospitality industry or a related field. Experience in a senior or supervisory role is preferred.

- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, MYOB, SAP, or Oracle, as well as Microsoft Excel, is essential. Knowledge of hospitality-specific software for managing bookings, revenue, and expenses is preferred.

- Strong analytical skills are crucial for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and making strategic recommendations to improve financial reporting flow.

- Attention to details.

- Able to deliver a clear information and have an effective communication skill are essential.

- Good understanding of accounting principles and regulations, including IFRS, PSAK and any hospitality industry-specific regulations

- Having a good knowledge in Tax regulation is a plus.
