- Location: Bali, Indonesia
- This job has responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy aligned with the organizations objectives
- Provide leadership and direction to the security team and ensure effective coordination with other departments
Oversee the protection of physical assets, facilities, and personnel- Develop and implement policies and procedures for access control, surveillance, and emergency response
Manage relationships with external security service providers and law enforcement agencies
- Develop and enforce information security policies to protect against data breaches and cyber threats
Oversee the implementation of cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems
3-5 years of experience in security management or related roles, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership position- Strong knowledge of security practices, risk management, and regulatory requirements
Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
