Make a plan of implementation activities security and orderliness, and placement of the number of officers according to SOP.
Supervise, evaluate, control operational for the implementation of security and orderliness, and regulate the flow of vehicles.
Develop, direct and control team security at work.
Carry out administrative checks (manpower, parking income, report traffic, invoice, etc), data collective of all security (log sheet & check list) based on agreement letter.
Evaluating and providing proposals for the development of security.
Check all equipment that is used in a proper condition.
Qualification :
Minimum 3 years of experience as Security Supervisor
Experience in leading Security Team.
Familiar with security and safety devices, trained in emergency situations.
Familiar with Manufacturing Process
Computer Literate (Microsoft Office).
Excellent English Proficiency oral and written
Able to coordinate with external parties (police, environment, related government) and can lead a team.
Work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels
Have Gada Utama Certified
The confidence to respond positively when under pressure.
