Qualifications :
- A Professional with a Bachelor Degree background in related field
At least 2 years of experience is required for this position- Proven work experience as a Supervisor or any department in the construction company
Based in Bali, able to join immediately
- Having English proficiency is preferred
Good attention to detail especially in time schedule progression reading and analaysis- Able to operate Auto Cad, Shop drawing, Time Schedule
Good analytical and communication skills
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
Critical thinker and possessing troubleshooting ability- The ability to work in a team and to negotiate
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the progress of all construction activities
Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations
- Evaluating the performance of the on-site workers
Regularly checking inventory and placing orders for building materials- Ensuring all equipments are in working order and good condition
Ensuring the workers follow the time schedule and site safety procedures
- Maintaining an accurate attendance report of all construction site workers
Communicating the progress report to the Construction Site Manager/Project Manager- Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline
Attending any on-site meetings or events
