Role Description
Responsible for a portfolio of customers and prospects, your objective is to develop turnover through a strong solution development.
Responsibility
- Supporting projects by gathering information, conducting research, and analyzing data.
- Identify customer issues/pain problems and training projects.
- Develop customised solutions.
- Create presentations, prepare effective and compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Contribute to Client Meeting, Offering Insight.
- Report creation.
- Maintaining regular follow-ups to client or prospect requests with proposals, marketing literature, and relevant information, on a timely basis.
- Preparing Client Service Agreements for closing the sale, ensuring accuracy and details upon handover to the Operations team for effective project management.
- Support the marketing effort where required, such as representing company at networking events or EDM campaigns.
Preferred Qualification
- Full professional proficiency in English
- A degree in Business, Engineering, Law, Organizational Psychology, or another relevant discipline, ideally with Management Consultancy, Business Development, or B2B sales experience.
- The qualities that will make successful; proactivity, autonomy, active listening, creativity, dynamism, enthusiasm, methodical, good speaker, strength of suggestion, perseverant.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Can writing of impactful commercial proposals.
- Have a strong team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills.
