Data Privacy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and industry standards
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of data professionals, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and development
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, business units, and executive management, to understand data requirements and provide data management support
Technology Evaluation: Stay up-to-date with emerging data management technologies and tools, and assess their potential benefits and suitability for the organization
Requirements:
Min. 5 years experience in data management subject
Familiar with data privacy regulations and compliance requirements
Skills/Capability: knowledge of current IT development technologies, Problem solving, Strong Analytics, Communication, Business Acumen
