Are you a dynamic professional with a knack for strategizing and analyzing data Kredivo Group is seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Collection Strategy Head in our Jakarta office.
As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with our SVP Collection and Chief Risk Officer to develop and implement collection strategies that drive volume and profit objectives.
About the job:
Continuously evaluating the performance of existing Collection strategies. Identify and raise any potential risks to key internal stakeholders along with solutions to mitigate them.
Identify and prioritize areas for improvement (including process automation), and initiate change where required.
Build, test & implement collection strategy function based on the insight (processes, knowledge base, reporting).
Work collaboratively with related internal and external parties to drive the required changes and improvements.
Lead improvement project (Collection system manager, Dialer, Payment Channel, Comms)
Manage Collection Budget, Cost, Caplan, and forecasting.
Keeping Abreast with the latest technology & developments in the Industry & implementing/experimenting with new tech in collections.
Lead a team of Analyst to assign tasks and monitor their working.
Requirements :
At least 7 years of relevant experience in Retail Banking / Financial / with Collection exposure.
Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
SQL skill is preferable.
Ability to build and derive insights from quantitative reports.
Strong analytical, project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Experience with credit risk management and business intelligence is an advantage.
This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We will provide relocation assistance for overseas chosen candidate.
