Requirements:- Minimum bachelor degree, preferably from Psychology or Career Guidance (other major with experience in School Counselor are welcome to apply)
Fluent In English- Minimum 2 years experience as a counselor in SPK
Familiar with both National and international college enrollment process
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
Provide consulting services to students about their abilities and interests, and then provide information about their options, such as available fields of study and future career possibilities.
- Provide consulting services to students and parents by giving accurate information and recommendations regarding the exploration of existing fields of education & the university application process.
Collaborate with related parties regarding the identification of interests, abilities, and character of students, to help students choose the right course of study, and provide information about the options they have for higher education.- Proactively promote the school (HighScope Indonesia) to various universities (local and overseas) to gain recognition and build a reputation of quality and integrity.
Proactively seek the latest information about the profiles of other schools and universities, the registration process, facilities and services available, so as to provide accurate information to parents and students of Sekolah HighScope Indonesia.
- Regularly plan and execute university exposure for students and parents, both during the regular class periods (advisory) and on special occasions.
Monitor and evaluate all programs and activities to ensure that they are run effectively, and carry out necessary revisions.- Plan effective strategies for students to help them get accepted by top universities, both local and overseas.
Develop up-to-date alumni database and use the data to create improvement strategies to facilitate student higher learning plans.
